CAREER COACHING

Awards Ceremony

It's not easy to maintain flexibility and competitiveness, as well as motivation for fulfilling work, in the same workplace, and for a long period of time. At the same time, our motives and interests also change through different periods of life.

With the help of career coaching, we effectively think through and review your career and professional development together and make plans for the future. This kind of support and cooperation is appropriate when you want changes, when you perceive that you lack the motivation to deal with daily activities in your current job, or when changes happen independently of you.

WHEN IS CAREER COACHING APPROPRIATE?

Career coaching is appropriate in the following situations:

  • Uncertain Career Path: When you are facing various professional challenges and uncertainties, and you are unsure about the direction your career should take. A career coach can help you explore different possibilities, assess your skills and interests, and provide guidance on potential career paths.

  • Seeking Promotion: If you aspire to a promotion but feel unsure or hesitant about taking the necessary steps, a career coach can provide support. I can assist you in identifying areas for growth, developing strategies to showcase your abilities, and building the confidence needed to pursue advancement opportunities.

  • Job Dissatisfaction and Feeling Stuck: When you are dissatisfied with your current job and feel stagnant, a career coach can help you uncover the reasons behind your dissatisfaction, identify potential changes or improvements, and explore alternative career options that align with your values and aspirations.

  • Fear of New Career Opportunities: If you have been presented with a new career opportunity but feel apprehensive about your ability to succeed, a career coach can help you overcome self-doubt, build self-confidence, and develop the necessary skills and mindset to embrace the challenge.

  • Job Loss and Career Transition: In the event of job loss, a career coach can provide guidance and support during the transition period. I can help you navigate the job market, update your resume and interview skills, explore new career options, and develop a strategic plan for finding new employment.

  • Need for Professional Direction: When you recognize the need for professional growth and development but you are uncertain about the next steps to take, a career coach can assist you in clarifying your goals, identifying areas for improvement, and creating a roadmap for your professional success.

In each of these scenarios, a career coach can provide valuable insights, guidance, and tools to help you overcome challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve your career objectives. I will work with you to develop a personalized plan that aligns with your aspirations and empowers you to thrive in your professional life.

HOW DO WE COLLABORATE?

Collaboration with me typically involves the following process:

  1. Initial Introduction or 'Chemistry call': We begin with a brief free introductory meeting, lasting approximately 30 minutes. During this session, we will have the opportunity to introduce ourselves, understand each other's backgrounds, and assess compatibility. This initial meeting allows us to determine how I can best assist you.

  2. Comprehensive Intake Coaching: Following the initial meeting, we proceed with a more in-depth introductory coaching session that lasts between 90 to 120 minutes. This session is designed to delve into your situation from various angles, gaining a thorough understanding of your challenges, values, and goals. We will also discuss logistics and establish the scope of our collaboration, including the frequency and duration of our meetings.

  3. Scheduled Meetings: Our meetings will be scheduled at agreed-upon times. The length of each meeting will vary depending on the topic at hand and the complexity of your challenges. It's important to note that everyone is unique, and the pace at which coaching results manifest may vary.

  4. Recommended Duration: For optimal results, I generally recommend a minimum of three months of collaboration. This timeframe allows us to work together consistently and make substantial progress. However, the duration can be extended if needed, ensuring that we address your evolving needs effectively.
